Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using YachtSalesHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms occasionally; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. What the service is

YachtSalesHQ is a CRM web application for independent yacht brokers. It helps you organize contacts (buyers and sellers), track deals, log activities, and manage tasks. The service is provided on a subscription or free-trial basis as described on the pricing page. During the v0 Design Partner phase, access is free.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at support@yachtsaleshq.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload or store data that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates any privacy law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the service without our written consent.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the service.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter into YachtSalesHQ. We do not claim any ownership over your contacts, deals, activities, or tasks. We store your data to provide the service and will not sell it or use it for advertising. You can export your data at any time from Settings and request deletion at any time. 6. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States; the specific state will be specified before these terms are finalized for production use. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
