Common questions
How do I sign up?
Visit yachtsaleshq.com/signup and create an account with email + password or Sign in with Google. New broker accounts are created on the website — not in the iPhone app.
How do I delete my account?
On iPhone: Settings → Delete account. On the web: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone — every contact, deal, task, activity, and attached photo is removed from our servers as soon as you confirm. Export anything you want to keep before deleting.
I lost my password
Email support@yachtsaleshq.com from the address on the account and we’ll send a one-time reset link.
My data didn’t sync
The iPhone app keeps working offline; changes queue locally and sync the moment connectivity returns. If a record is still missing after the app has been online for a few minutes, force-quit the app and reopen it — the sync engine resumes from the last checkpoint. Still missing? Email us with the contact name and approximate time you created it; we keep server logs for 30 days.
I want to export my data
Email support@yachtsaleshq.com from your account email and we will send a CSV export within one business day. You can also use the in-app contact list export at any time.
App Store / Apple review questions
If you are an App Store reviewer, our reviewer notes and demo credentials are provided in the App Store Connect submission. The reviewer can also reach the team directly at the same support address above.
